WebReaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy (RH) is a community-based program aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness across Canada. Reaching Home is funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by a local Community Entity. The program directives can be found at Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy Directives. WebApplicants must demonstrate that the proposed project helps to prevent and reduce homelessness in the community. The project should also have broad community support and meet the Reaching Home program requirements. Applicants are encouraged to develop partnerships in the community to maximize the impact of federal funding.
