It holds a tiny bit more gas than a 441, but less oil (I don't like that, I already feel Stihl tends toward too little oil much unlike Echo). WebMay 21, 2024 · A 25" bar is the sweet spot for the 500 IMO. Both saws can run long bars 28" and over. The 500i has the the torque to easily work a bar of that length.
