WebI am running Emby server on a Synology NAS (DS218+). My network consists of a Sky Broadband modem (connected to the internet) and a TP-Link Archer C7 (AC1750) router for wi-fi. I can access Synology's own apps (including Video Station) remotely without problems but I can't connect to Emby server at all. WebI have my Emby server on a windows laptop. If internal LAN devices can connect and it is only a external issue you would need to look at port forwarding.
